My weekend city trip stay was absolutely worth it! The hotel's location is just perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our private onsen, which gave us complete privacy with a breathtaking view of nature. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They even arranged all transportation to and from the hotel, making our trip less stressful. The traditional Japanese food served was just delicious, and we were very impressed with the level of hospitality we received.
Considering the price range, the hotel did lack some western-style amenities, which some may find inconvenient. We had difficulty communicating with some staff members who spoke limited English.

The location of this traditional ryokan was perfect, just a short stroll away from the main street, with shops and eateries nearby. Our room was well-equipped, with a private onsen bath and massage chair. the staff was very attentive and the food was exceptional, with local specialties like horse meat and beef on the menu. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner with a separate room for families that had baby chairs and toys.
The old sweets provided in the room that were hard to chew.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and attentive, even accommodating my lack of Japanese language skills. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, including a lovely outdoor onsen. The meals were delicious and the presentation was stunning. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient transportation and was located centrally on the main street near various shops and eateries.
Don't have any issues at all!

We enjoyed the private onsen in our room which was really peaceful. the surrounding area was so nice and we were able to take a great stroll around the location. the staff was helpful and friendly which was a nice touch.
The food options were very limited in variety and we didn't feel like we had many choices. the toilet was situated in an inconvenient area which was tough to access during the night.
